I have worked here since Jan 2009. I began as a Sous Chef and am now a Head Chef. This is a very busy restaurant, and what I love most about it is the fast pace, every day is different, and there is a lot of interaction amongst the staff. I have learned a great deal working here especially working at speed as this is a very important factor of express businesses. I feel that my studies at Cornell Institute of Business & Technology have been most worthwhile, especially Food Safety and attention to temperatures etc. I have been accepted as a Permanent Resident and am now looking forward to having my wife & children join me for our new life here in New Zealand!
